Excited to share with you this beautiful engagement session of Jenna and Will at White Rock Lake Engagement.

Jenna and I were pretty undecided on which photo session location to choose for their session. We knew it would be on the lake, and we were considering doing it at Lewisville Lake since it’s closed to Jenna’s place. It was meaningful location for Jenna and Will, and we were set on it all the way until the very evening before the session day.

However the longer we’ve been talking about, the more we were understanding that the area we were considering was too wild and demanded some hiking through some wild greenery. And everyone who knows Texas wild greenery can testify: you can’t just waltz through wilderness in Texas.

It seems all vegetation has thorns and spikes you, and that’s not even mentioning potential snake hazard being so closed to the wild side of the lake.

So the last minute we’ve decided to switch the lakes :-p and got to White Rock Lake instead, where while we still had some wild flowers and grass, we also had easier access to the water and my favorite marina sunset view!

I had so much fun photographing Jenna and Will, and now I can’t wait for their wedding upcoming year!
