This day was insanely hot. Somewhat over 100F. I just stopped looking at thermometer around noon. Regardless the heat, Aurelio and Lindsey continued with the family pictures outside of the chapel, then bridal party photos at Turtle Creek Park, and then bride and groom portraits in Dallas downtown and outside of their reception venue, Luxury on The Lake.
Boy, I’ll tell you: Lindsey and Aurelio are one of the most stoic and caring couple I’ve met in my entire career as a wedding photographer!
On hour 2 outside I start feeling like my brains were melting out of my scull, and Lindsey and Aurelio were just keeping giving me happy vibes and supplying me with ice water while I was photographing. I probably would’ve passed out from heat exhaustion if it wouldn’t be for them! And…
They have smiled through all 3 hours of outdoor photography on their wedding! In August. In Texas. Yep.
They were able to stay so positive throughout the entire day, through wedding craziness and heat-advisory weather, that I am 100% sure they will be able to handle ANYTHING that life will bring their way!
I feel incredible joy seeing such a wonderful, strong and caring couple commit to continue their journey through the life together!
Lindsey and Aurelio, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your wedding day, for being so attentive and for all your smiles! I wish you guys to stay always so joyful and strong in your married life as I you were on your wedding day!
