I am a morning person. Totally. I am one of those people that wakes up before 6am, gets a cup of coffee and happily goes and works in peace and quiet before everyone else is awake. From what I see around only few can relate 🙂 and even fewer are ready to wake before 4am to get ready for their wild fields engagement session!
Emily and David did! Seriously!
I always throw it out there as an option to do a sunrise photo session, having a pretty faint hope that somebody will agree on that. And even though sunrise photo sessions turns out the best, rare couple is ready to do that!
So I was extremely happy when Emily and David seemingly easy picked the sunrise time! As addition to the early wake up time, they also had to drive an hour or so to the different side of DFW area to get to those gorgeous wild fields.
And when we arrived it was… ahm… about 45 outside and a fog! :-p
So we had do take a couple of “warm-up-in-the-car” breaks, but look how it turned out! I believe it was worth the troubles! And hey, we even had time to get into the forest and drive to McKinney downtown for some worn out brick walls look!
I think it’s one of the dreamiest engagement sessions I’ve shot so far… or do I simply love autumn mornings? Your call!
